Job Description Summary

Job Title: Learnership Programme
Location: Johannesburg South Africa
Duration: 12 Months
Reports To: Leadership Team / Assigned Mentor


Key Responsibilities

As a Learner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to senior leaders and teams (e.g., scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents)
  • Performing data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Assisting in the coordination of team activities, events, and communications
  • Managing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and handling email correspondence
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all assigned tasks
  • Balancing workplace responsibilities with academic requirements as part of the learnership

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizenship
  • Living with a disability (proof of disability required)
  • Completion of Grade 12 / Matric
  • Demonstrated interest in administration and office support
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a professional environment
  • Ability to effectively manage time between work and study commitments
