More than a skill development program, this initiative is a means to gain employment, personal development, and an employment certificate.

The rate of unemployment of men in South Africa has certainly become and remains a challenge. The lack of education and the absence of work is disconcerting. The challenge of offer and demand is a void that Kal Tire, a preeminent company in servicing and managing tyres, aims to fulfill.
In association with Providers of Accredited Training , this learnership aims to provide unemployed males with:
Demonstrated proficiency in Business Tyre Fitment, Maintenance and Customer Support , and related practical skills
Relevant knowledge and skills pertaining to tyre and vehicle servicing
Recognition of the qualification in the National Qualification Framework
Real-life experience within Kal Tire
Who Should Apply?
This program aims at unemployed males in South Africa who fulfill the following conditions:
Aged 18 to 35 years
Minimum qualification of Open Grade 10
Interest in vehicles, machines and related fields
Desire to excel individually and as a team in a challenging setting
Not part of any learnership or study programme
