The Youth Employment Service (YES) Learnership at Eduardo Construction is a twelve-month programme focused on:

- Age: Between 18 and 34 years old

- Commitment: Willingness and ability to complete the full 12-month contract
- Qualifications: Partial or complete relevant field qualifications are considered advantageous
