  • Assist with processing and reconciling of cashbooks on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Support loading of weekly and monthly payments on electronic banking systems.
  • Update the payment app as payments are processed.
  • Follow up on banking queries and ensure payments are completed.
  • Process supplier invoices monthly and ensure all invoices are complete and authorised.
  • Assist with supplier general ledger reconciliations.
  • Manage supplier queries and unreconciled items.
  • Communicate with hospitals regarding purchases and queries.
  • Manage the ageing of supplier accounts to stay within 30 days.
  • Request supplier refunds where applicable.
  • Open new supplier accounts and maintain filing systems weekly.
  • Assist the Group Financial Accountant as needed.

Requirements
