Aeroton, South Africa — To help tackle the ongoing challenge of youth unemployment, foremost pharmacy manufacturer Adcock Ingram is accepting applications for its Graduate: QA Compliance Admin position as part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme 2025. This position is at the company’s Aeroton branch and is targeted at South African youth who lack work experience but wish to work in a high-performance environment.

The YES Programme seeks to provide South African youth who are unemployed with worthwhile work experience, in collaboration with the private sector. Adcock Ingram, in its continued commitment as a YES partner, continues to offer comprehensive workplace training, integrated with work readiness programs, to young graduates to help them succeed in their future career.
The role is a 12-month contract position in the Quality Assurance (QA) Compliance Department. This position offers graduates the opportunity to acquire practical training in pharmaceutical quality systems, compliance monitoring, and administrative functions that are critical to the safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Matric qualification with good academic performance (especially in English).
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Must be unemployed with no or limited work experience.
- Must comply with the definition of “Black People” as defined in the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 (as amended by Act 46 of 2013).
