Job Description
The learnership will allow individuals to be cross trained making them able to operate on both the sales floor and the service desk, of a retail outlet. Working with customers and stock will be a key focus area. To be successful in this position, you must be committed to learning and completing logbooks; be prepared for assessments and found to be competent as a crossed trained sales consultant.
Programme Overview:
Duration: 12 months
Stipend: R5,450 per month
Location: Opportunities are available across the country, including Pretoria and in the North West province.
Major Responsibilities:
Assist customers in finding merchandise and respond to product inquiries.
Implement merchandising strategies according to company instructions.
Process payments and manage sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Open new customer accounts and update records.
What we expect from you

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 10 level qualification.
Passion for fashion and retail.
Unemployment with the desire to embark on a retail career.
The candidates should not be more than 35 years and have no prior related learnership experience.
