Requirements for Applicants:
To be eligible for these EPWP youth positions, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

A current three-year Bachelor’s Degree/National Diploma, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
General knowledge and comprehension of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) and reporting procedures.
Comprehension of EPWP’s liaison with national, provincial, and local government.
Organisational and coordinating skills: Efficient management of duties and taskability is key.
Stakeholder management: Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and arrange meetings or activities.
General knowledge of the government planning process.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal relationship skills.

Computer literacy: Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Long working hours with pressure and the ability to travel (if required) will be an added advantage.
Additional Preference:
Candidates with no experience to two (0-2) years experience in a similar field will be given preference. This is ideal for new graduates who desire to gain first-time job experience and start creating their professional portfolio.
