At Ehlanzeni TVET College located in Mpumalanga, learnerships and internships functions as critical pathways to work-integrated learning and are designed to enhance one’s skills and preparation for the workplace. Learnerships are more than just a theoretical component; they include actual work exposure, and upon completion, one can achieve an NQF qualification through a SETA. Interns N6 graduates also assists them to gain the requisite experience to transform their N6 certificates into full National Diplomas.

Duration: 12–18 months (fixed-term contract)

18-Month WIL Programme
Eligibility:
- N6 qualification in one of the following fields:
- Business Management
- Financial Management
- Hospitality
- Management Assistant
