Ehlanzeni TVET College Learnerships 2025

At Ehlanzeni TVET College located in Mpumalanga, learnerships and internships functions as critical pathways to work-integrated learning and are designed to enhance one’s skills and preparation for the workplace. Learnerships are more than just a theoretical component; they include actual work exposure, and upon completion, one can achieve an NQF qualification through a SETA. Interns N6 graduates also assists them to gain the requisite experience to transform their N6 certificates into full National Diplomas.

Ehlanzeni TVET College invites unemployed South Africans to apply for its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme, funded by the Wholesale and Retail SETA (W&RSETA).

Duration: 12–18 months (fixed-term contract)

12-Month WIL Programme

Eligibility:

  • NCV Level qualification in Information Technology and Communication Studies

18-Month WIL Programme

Eligibility:

  • N6 qualification in one of the following fields:
    • Business Management
    • Financial Management
    • Hospitality
    • Management Assistant

Programme Benefits
