About the Eskom YES Programme

Successful applicants will receive workplace exposure in various Eskom departments, contributing to their professional growth and employability.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen
- Aged between 18 to 34 years
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- A post-matric certificate or programme will be an added advantage
Additional Criteria
- Must not have worked permanently for any employer for more than 1 year
- Must not be studying full-time in 2025
- Must not have participated in the YES programme previously
