Alright, let’s talk about the Clover YES Learnership Programme 2025. I mean, youth unemployment in South Africa? It’s brutal out there. So when something like this pops up, yeah, it catches your eye. This isn’t just some random internship where you make coffee and stare at the wall—nope. They actually give young people a shot to get their foot in the door with a big-deal FMCG company. That’s “Fast-Moving Consumer Goods,” by the way, if you’re not into the whole corporate acronym thing.
So, what’s the deal with this whole YES Learnership? Basically, it’s a collab between the public and private sector—think government meets big business, shaking hands and pretending to get along for the greater good. Clover, famous for those milk cartons everyone’s got in their fridge, teams up with YES (Youth Employment Service) to roll out these year-long learnerships. You work, you learn, you even walk away with an accredited qualification if you don’t mess it up.
And honestly, these aren’t just gigs to fill time until something better comes along. They’re supposed to launch you into a legit career. Not saying they hand you a CEO badge on day one, but hey, everyone’s gotta start somewhere.
