Absa Bank is offering an exciting chance for young South Africans to start their careers in banking through the Absa Home Loans Learnerships 2025. This 12-month program offers thorough training and practical experience in the home loans division, preparing participants for successful banking careers.
Programme Overview
The Absa Home Loans Learnership aims to provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the banking industry. Participants will have both classroom instruction and hands-on training. They will learn about different aspects of home loans, including collections, recoveries, and customer service. When they finish the program, learners will earn a Level 5 National Qualifications Framework (NQF) Certificate in Banking. They will also receive a monthly stipend to help support their learning journey.

The Absa Home Loans Learnership is a one-year programme offering young, passionate individuals the opportunity to gain practical exposure in the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement environment. Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Aged between 18–30 years
- Completed degree or NQF Level 7 qualification in Business, Commerce or related fields
- Proficient in English and computer literate
- Not currently employed, studying, or participating in another learnership/internship
- Clear criminal, credit, and reference checks
- Available full-time for the 12-month period
Stipend
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme.
