Eskom’s National Transmission Company South Africa (NTCSA) is offering an exciting 3-year Artisan Training Programme for six motivated learners in the Electrical discipline. This opportunity is aimed at young South Africans who are eager to gain both institutional and on-the-job training, ultimately qualifying with a trade test certificate.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must have one of the following:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with:
- Mathematics: 50%
- Physical Science: 50%
- English: 40%
OR
- N3 Engineering Certificate with:
- English: 40%
OR
- NCV Level 4 with:
- Physical Science: 50%
- Mathematics: 50%
- English: 40%
Skills and Competencies:
- Effective verbal and written communication
- High level of motivation and discipline
- Safety-conscious and responsible
- Strong sense of commitment and emotional resilience
- Computer literacy
Programme Structure:
- Duration: 3 years
- Includes both theoretical and practical training
- Leads to Trade Test Certification
