Gaining hands-on experience and practical skills can truly be the key to unlocking exciting career opportunities. That’s where Drake Training Academy comes into play, offering a variety of learnerships aimed at bridging the gap between education and employment.
Whether you’re a fresh school leaver, an unemployed young adult, or someone eager to upskill and switch career paths, applying for a learnership with Drake Training Academy could be your first step toward a brighter future.
What is a Learnership?
A learnership is a structured learning program that blends theoretical classroom education with practical on-the-job experience. Registered with the Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs) in South Africa, these learnerships lead to a nationally recognized qualification.
They’re a fantastic way to develop skills, enhance employability, and help learners gain relevant industry experience—often with a stipend provided during the course.
