Employment Solution Management is seeking motivated individuals to join its work-based learnership program and kickstart a rewarding career in the cleaning and hygiene industry.
About the Learnership:
This 3-month program offers a comprehensive blend of practical on-the-job training and theoretical coursework designed to equip you with the essential skills for a successful career in commercial cleaning.
Candidates who perform and meet the client standards during the 3-Month learnership will be selected and employed for a further 12 months on a flexi-time contract and an increased rate per hour.
Requirements:
- South African citizenship
- Currently Unemployed
- Between the ages of 18-28
- Qualification not higher than NQF Level 4
- Attended a Quintile 1,2,3 school or Recipient of a Child Support Grant
