Ensuring consistency in the presentation and quality of every baked item.

Ensuring the workplace is clean, organized, and secure.
Working with the kitchen team to provide effective and timely production.
Requirements
A National Senior Certificate qualification (matric / Grade 12) obtained.
At least five years baking experience relevant to the job.
Proficiency with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and dough sheeters.
HACCP knowledge would be desirable.
High attention to detail.
Ability to manage workload effectively.
Excellent planning and time-management.
Self-starter and proactive.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Team working and high problem-solving.
Physical stamina, including ability to lift heavy loads for long periods.
Ability to read and implement recipes
Will to work shifts.
Duties
Assist the bakery supervisor with appropriate tasks.
Schedule manufacture and effectively prioritise workload.
Measure and combine ingredients, ferment dough and bake.
Conduct post-bake quality checks and tests.
Carry out day-to-day stock counts and provide information.
